SUBSTITUTE: If you are unable to visit the hospitals on your scheduled week, please trade
or find a substitute from the above list or call Flo.
You bring a special gift to this hospital ministry. Your visits are important and appreciated by the
patients and their families.
IMPORTANT: Upon completion of your visits, please contact the Parish Office with the names
of those visited. Our pastor and Pastoral Minister will follow up if there are needs or concerns.
Please call Flo with any special needs or concerns about your visitation or just to share an experience.
CONFIDENTIALITY: A reminder that whatever is said during your visit is confidential
information and must not be shared with anyone except the Pastor or Pastoral Minister unless the
patient makes a specific request.
