“They
devoted themselves
To teaching as the Apostles
To the communal life
To the breaking of the bread
And to the prayers.” Acts 2:42
Part of our communal life is lived by our being good stewards of the
gifts we have been given by God.
A good Steward is someone who
Receives God’s gifts gratefully,
Cherishes and tends them in a responsible
and accountable manner,
Shares them in justice and love with all,
Returns them with increase to the Lord.
Every year we re-commit ourselves to various ministries,
retire from some or try new ones. This
recommitment is our conscious choice to share our gifts and talents with
others.
ALL MEMBERS OF THE PARISH (children, youth, and adults) are asked to
turn in a completed MINISTRY SHEET. This will let us know if you want
to:
- C - continue in your current ministry
- N - become involved in a new ministry
- R - retire from a current ministry.
Areas of particular need:
- Catechists & Substitute Catechists

us know you want to be involved in or continue a ministry.
- Short training sessions are provided for various
ministries. You will be contacted by the ministry
coordinator. Look for notices in the bulletin also.
- Commitment times for Ministries with rotating schedules
are dependent upon the number of volunteers within the
various ministries. The more people in a ministry, the less
time per person.
