September 30th

Where will the directory photos be taken? Directory Photos will be taken in the church. Please arrive on time for at your check in time. Please allow up to 60 minutes for checking in, your portrait session and the selection process.
What do I receive for having my portrait taken? Each family that is photographed receives your choice of either a complimentary 8x10 portrait or a sheet of 9 wallets of your directory pose and a copy of the Parish Family Photo Directory- FREE!
Is there a charge to be photographed? There is no cost to the Parish or to you for participating. Each family will be given the opportunity, in a pleasant sales environment, to purchase additional portraits for families and friends. In addition to personal checks, Lifetouch accepts Visa, American Express, Master Card and Discover. There is no obligation to purchase! However, Lifetouch is offering a 20% discount to any purchase.
What can I bring to create a great portrait? Props such as musical instruments, hobby items or sports equipment can enhance your additional portraits that will be taken. Lifetouch will photograph your well behaved pet(s), however pets will not be included in the directory.
When will I view my poses? Immediately following the portrait session, you will be given the opportunity to view your images digitally and make your selection for the directory.
When will I receive the finished portraits? If you make a portrait order, the finished portraits will be delivered in approximately 3 weeks from the time of your portrait, in plenty of time for Christmas cards and gifts. Families that did not place an order can pick up their complimentary photographs after Mass in October.
I don’t like having my portrait taken and I don’t plan on purchasing any portraits. May I buy a directory instead? Directories are available only for those that have their portrait taken and make a selection for the directory. Our Parish receives bonuses based upon the number of families photographed and your participation is important to a successful program.
Do you need volunteers to help with the directory program? Yes, volunteers are needed to help with appointment sign-ups and host/hostesses to assist the photography team during the photography schedule.
