New parishioners are asked to register by calling or preferably coming to the rectory office. You may also fill out the form below. Although the form is NOT an official registration, we will contact you. You have the option of submitting by email, or printing the completed form to bring, mail to the Rectory office.
Parish membership is required for a person to be a sponsor, to be married in the parish, or to have a child baptized. Those out of high school and those just married should contact the rectory to update their registration.
You are invited to join us to officially register after all Masses or stop by the office during the week.
